  I share my review only to comment on the staff and Marshals. The treatment I have and continue to receive is deplorable. I have been insulted on various occasions, and this included comments made about my 9 year old son. The latest example I have was from last week. I was at the driving range with approx. 4 other people. The Marshal proceeded to turn the lights on for the other 3 people except me. I went to ask him politely if he could turn the lights on also for me and he told me that to save energy bills I had to move all my stuff in a very bluff manner. Here is another example - about 1 month ago I was playing on the short course with a friend and we had both just teed off. The same marshal followed us down to our balls, one of which was in the brush. While looking for it he came over and told me we were taking too long and to hurry up. We had no one behind us and I had literally just started to look for the ball, not even a minute had passed.

  I only come here because I live on the same street, but it is time to find alternative places where I can once again enjoy playing this great game of golf.

  I realise these comments might be trivial to some, but after enduring this type of treatment for over a year, it's becoming tiresome and I am close to filing an official complaint.

  As a final example - I refer back to 6 months ago when I was with a friend and we had just finished at the driving range and wanted to try chipping/putting. We were walking up to the 'private' area when I was literally stopped in my tracks by 2 marshals who ran up the street and stopped in front of us both saying it was private and what we're we doing. I apologized and showed him my membership and he said it had expired and we were not allowed to continue. I went into the office to renew the membership and they both followed us inside. It's the feeling of constant harassment which annoys me, not to mention everything is so expensive at this place.
